Need a rom for my tablet

I've been recently trying to redo my car from paint exterior to interior radio system everything so I'm looking for a ROM I can put on a tablet that's mainly for car something I can basically play music and video on. Possibly voice activated what would you guys suggest. I don't want to buy an Android head unit. I'm looking to customize this car every bit of it DIY so taking my old tablet and flashing a car only rom on it falls in this category
