No, not using Smart Switch as that is currently not an option, long story.

Post pictures of both charge ports and we'll be able to see.

Can you also clarify -- are you trying to transfer data using Smart Switch? If so, did you see fuzzylumpkin's suggestion about wireless transfer?

Thanks to all for your help. I got the correct cord and got everything transferred to the new phone.
