Need Advice - Fedex lost my 5X

Hi all.

i have ordered my Nexus 5X day one from google play and it has shipped as promised. i tracked down the package till it reaches my area but suddenly scheduled delivery date became unavailable.

i called fedex call center they say they are investigating about the problem they couldn't determine whereabouts of the package.

i have written to google twice but there is no answer from them.

do any of you guys encountered this kind of situation? i really don't know what to do.

all advices will be greatly appreciated.
