How do I download this is there any link for 2.2 ?

Menu > Settings > System updates > HTC software update

This will update your phone. Make sure you have 80% battery and plugged into power. It will take 20 mins. Reboot after it is finish one more time. If your camera doesn't work uninstall any Flashlight widgets.
