Need assistance

I have a serious problem now I mistakenly press reset apps preference on my phone from settings and most of my apps and I can't access photos in gallery, I can't open messeges, I can't access media on whatsapp, camera etc. If I want to open them they will be asking me to allow and if I click on allow, it will take me to open settings. And if click on it it will take me to apps again. So, what do I do to restore them back? Please someone should help me out.I'm using Tecno w2 version 6.0

If you go to Settings>Apps​ and select one of those apps, then tap Permissions, can you grant permissions there?

If I tap on permissions, it will take me to features like camera, contact etc. Then if I want to turn them on so that they will be granted, then it will be telling me that screen overlay detected, I should turn off from the settings first.
