Need help about frame crack G flex d958

​​Hello, I'm new here, I searched web for this problem but I can't find anything. My phone's frame cracked causeless. It was on the table and when I take it to my hands I saw that crack. I have a question to you, do you see anything like as that? And second is, I want to send it to guarantee because i think my frame isn't flexible to provide 180 degrees screen. But this phone all parts must flexible because the name of telephone is "G FLEX" . If they say " your device has been out from guarantee via user abuse" what can I do?

Welcome to Android Central! From your photo, it looks like there's a lot of scuffing, so you'd probably have a hard time convincing LG that it's a manufacturer defect. They could point out that the scuffing is evidence of accidental damage.

Thanks for reply I sent my phone to guarantee today.
I used it since last year march, I think its normal (scuffing) because I carried it in my pocket. I didn't remove back case film, from my photo damaged thing is not case, only protector film..
I'll let you know what's happen with my phone..
