Need Help Changing Boot Animation for LG Optimus M

Hey guys

I rooted my phone and would like to get rid of that pesky "Hello, Hello, Hello, Metro PCS" song. I tried downloading Liberty Tool Box Donate and for some reason, my screen wasn't long enough for me to hit the install button. I wrote the developer and am waiting for a response. Anyway, I'm not sure if I'm even going about the right way. I'm a newly converted hacker, I suppose. Just rooted my 2.2.1 phone and was initially stressed but now am obsessed with souping up my phone. The Freedom! If anybody knows how to help, please respond. Thanks

Well, first let me preface this by saying I havn't tried any boot animations from optimus s on an optimus m. But honestly I can't imagine why they wouldn't work, in any case as I understand a change in boot animation is flashed to /data/local/ so if the animation fits the screen and doesnt' run to long or short it should work.

Having gotten that out of the way, there is a thread with many tweaked boot animations.
