Hello, are the owner of the phone Kyocera Brigadier, but are not the user of the cellular operator verizon and do not currently live in the United States who verizon will be able to help download the update from last updated 12/10/2014 for Kyocera phone Brigadier from verizon's website "verizon updates site" and share the link to download the firmware update or the downloaded firmware.thanks in advance updates can download only subscribers verizon, proxy does not work

As explained technical support verizon on the website and in Skype number +18007118300, download the update through the desktop browser, but through verizon.

So who can made it for me? Im really cant do it without your help!

I am not aware of Verizon offering the software update through the website. However, Ask the Verizon rep to provide the direct link and I can download it for you.

You've been on that link, where to download. Tat can download only Verizon subscriber. Therefore, if you are abenent Verizon, you should have. Write, if it does not. Waiting and thank you.

I do not see any thing to download on that page. Verizon did not usually link to updates. They are done OTA.
