Need help/guidance on how custom Multi Windows function

I rooted my phone following instructions on GalaxyNote2Root.com - Your source for Galaxy Note 2 rooting, custom ROMs, and more!
I also did a full back up using Titanium right after the did the root. (it is stored somewhere)

Am I free to flash any ROM with what I have accomplished so far?

Which ROM do I flash to be able to access any app with the Multiple Windows function?

Well now.....you didnt mention if you unlocked the bootloader. Im thinkng that is still locked? Which rom are you looking at that intrests you? You can modify your multi window without a rom. Thats a mod. But to truly be free to flash whatever rom (for your phone) that you want, you will need to unlock your bootloader. And a custom recovery. Thats where I would make a backup from. Tbackup is more for flashing between roms and keeping apps/data without having to manually enter everything again. Adam Outler is the man with the plan for you, if you want to unlock your bootloader. Plenty to read up on. Its in this section of the forums. Good stuff! I am running cleanrom 3.5 if your wondering, and enjoy my multi view.
I am no expert, thats for sure, but I learned alot from poking around here on the forums.

Yes i am using a Verizon Note 2
I only did a stock firmware with root injected.
