Need help...Nexus 7 won't boot.

I had been having problems with my nexus showing error messages and stopping processes (launcher as well as other programs). I went through the hard reset process, but whenever I go to reboot, I am stuck on the boot screen with the bouncing balls. My Nexus has never been rooted, and It was running the latest update of Android 4.2.2.

Any help would be appreciated.
