**Need HELP!** PHONE GOT HACK!

I found out my phone got hack. I am using a Samsung S4. I have no idea what app or program the other person use, but he can see all my text messages, and all the messages from whatsapp, or other social app and even facebook. He can dig all the message up back from 2012. Is there anyway I can block it? What can I do? really frustrated.

At the same time do a factory reset on the phone.

I don't really know much about technology stuff. How can I change password for example whatsapp on my pc?

If I reinstall the whole phone. The other party for sure won't be able to track me down anymore right?
