Need help - random folders in gallery

need some help.

for some reason there are these random files in my gallery showing up. can't delete and can't access. just say "content location is not available. check network status and connected device"

i also had another one with a different name but somehow that one is gone and this one shows up.

anyone knows why? i've attached a screenshot.
