Need help WiFi calling

On a Samsung Galaxy S6E that is a unlocked At&t phone with a straight talk Sims card.
It don't have a icon for WiFi calling , when you pull down the menu from the top of the screen.
Can anybody tell me where yang go to setup the WiFi calling at the top of the screen , so you can enable WiFi calling.

On my S7 Edge on EE, I can go into the Phone app and then Settings, scroll down to the bottom and it's there. May be different on S6 Edge and different carriers.

That's interesting, on Verizon here in the US, the S7 edge has it under Advanced Calling in the settings. Definitely varies by carrier.

There is no quick settings button either.

It is a UK carrier.

Think about this too..Best Buy took the Sims card out of a note 4 and cut it down so it would work in a S7 Edge also.
