Need help with a screen bug in my galaxy s8

So, i'm having this weird bug happening on my S8, every time the battery goes bellow 30% my screen starts to just turn off, like, just the screen. when I open media related apps. when it goes bellow 13% this bug gets even more frequent, in this point it starts to happen after I open the camera app or push down the notification bar.

I'm a technician and I've already messed with smartphones before but I've never seen anything like this bug, it's actually making me pretty confused.

I've recorded a video of this happening, please check it out and help me out because this is kinda stressful haha

Yeah, I did a factory reset and It only happened once when the battery was at 5% charge.
Idk what's happening really, Is this normal? I don't think it's a hardware problem.

My model is a SM-G950W

Safe Mode isn't the same as a factory reset, because apps can reinstall automatically after you do the factory reset and set the phone back up. So if there's a 3rd party app causing the issue, it might just reintroduce itself. Let us know if it in fact still happens in Safe Mode.
