NEED HELP with e-mailing a Contacts Group

Sorry if already posted. I have created a Contacts Group. I then inputted all of their e-mail addresses so that I could easily e-mail the entire group. When I open this group and hit the pencil and paper button to e-mail group, no email addresses appear in the To: field. I have no issues when doing the same thing to send a text to the group, but we tend to communicate better through e-mail.

I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY HELP WITH THIS ISSUE.

Which email app are you using? If you are not already doing so, I recommend using Gmail as your primary email server. It can be set up to "fetch" your other Pop3 emails and deliver them to your X. You don't have to use the Gmail address; it will return your emails according to the address on the incoming email.

By using Gmail, you will also have instant sync of all your contacts and calendar. It is an incredible plus! If you are still using Outlook, that's just one more step to get messed up in the process. You don't need it. I used it for a long time until I realized it was just a "middleman" in the process. Much cleaner with Gmail as the main.

I use gmail. I didn't create the contacts group with using my gmail account on the internet. I created the group from my phone contacts. But for some reason when I try to email the group it does not add their email addresses in the To line. If I try and do the same thing with a text, it works just fine and add all of thei phone numbers. Just can't figure out hoe to work the email.
