Need help with ES File Manager and it knocked out my Internet Search Bar off My Home Page

I had audios recorded on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S5) and tried to upload to my laptop, but I could not even locate them on my phone file folders. For some reason my SD card hasn't been able to save for quite some time, and I can never remove my Otter Box from my phone easily so I haven't checked that.

But, I read your forum question and answer on how to upload the recording to the laptop and I downloaded your suggested ES File Explorer and when it was downloading it added a shortcut to my home page on my phone and knocked out the internet brower search bar, So I searched that problem that was created also on your site and the answer said it was under my widgets, which I did not even know I had on my phone. I found those and searched 3 times through them and the search bar was not in my widgets.

So to recap:

I still can't upload my phone recording through the USB connection nor through the ES File Manager now downloaded to my phone.

I now have no internet search bar that fits in the middle of my home page and don't know where to get it back from.

OK. Let's try the widgets first. Uninstall ES File Explorer, you don't need it. As it knocked out Google Search maybe that will cure it. If not go to application manager in settings, swipe until to the right until " all" shows at the top. Scroll through the apps and enable Google search. If it's not on your home screen reboot and clear cache on your device.

To transfer music to your PC, connect using the cable that came with your phone, Google search for Samsug USB drivers and install on your PC. Swipe down the notifications screen on the phone and make sure you connect as an mtp device. The phone should now be visible in windows explorer so you can copy and paste to your PC
