I've recently upgraded from my S10+. The switch was mostly seemless. Everything transferred over, homescreen layout, settings, call history, text history,....... All I had to do was login to most of my apps. Everything worked fine except for 2 apps: Subway and Manulife. When I open the Subway app and try to sign in, it redirects me to what comes up as "bad request". I've tried uninstalling, restarting my device, then re-downloading the app, but I get the same results.

Then today, I received an email to complete a survey for some training I recently completed. Hitting the link brought me to the survey, but I couldn't interact with it at all. My keyboard wouldn't pop up and I couldn't even check any boxes. I tried it on my iPad and it worked. When I got home from work, I tried it on the old S10+ and it also worked from there. What can be the issue?

Lastly, I've got 5g selected in the network settings but I have yet to connect to it. I live and work around Toronto, so it shouldn't be a problem. Do I have a dud?

So I've solved one problem, it was redirecting using Samsung Internet. I change it to default to Chrome and it now works.
Still no 5G though.

With the USA t-mobile phones it has to do with the t-mobile sim card for 5G. Mine worked in either, but I undated to the new one that came with the phone after I read about that just to be safe.

You might need to check with your provider or service and see what needs to be done. There's been ads for plans to get upgraded to 5G, but not sure about that. So check your plan as well.

Thanks. I'll look into that.
