need help with uninstaller for root please!

So I installed uninstaller for root (free version) and I backed up an app the htc car panel one and it uninstalled the app and then it told me that I had to buy the pro version to get it back! Wtf! Who does that?! Doesn't even warn you that you need the paid version to get it back. I guess my question is how do I get it back? Its on the sd card but if I try to installutit tells me that its already there -_- I need it.
