Need help...

Hello, new to this board. My girlfriend and I are leaving our blackberries for the htc evo! Nice, I know. Only 1 problem, theres none to be found! We are planning on getting them on the friday before 4th of july. When they first came out, I didn't worry about hunting for them because we were going to get them 1 month after their release date, but as you can see, bestbuy/radio shack/sprint seem to always sell out. So does anyone know how many each store gets? I talked to a guy at best buy and he said they should receive weekly shipments starting this week but they can't hold them for me. Or am i just being paranoid and shouldnt worry about it?? It would suck if i have to hunt down this phone, especially since im going to buy 2 of them. Any advice??? Thanx

Just go to your nearest sprint retail store and get yourself put on the waiting list. They get a lot more stock than BBY or Radioshack.

That's what I did, and I got mine within a week.

If you don't want to worry bout hunting the phone down, waiting a week, and having a white Evo, then preorder the white Evo at Best Buy now. It comes out like a week after you were expecting to get the phone.
