need help

I have a galaxy s4 on sprint. And I was wondering why my 4lte don't hardly stay on and when I'm in a call my 3g goes away so I can't get on the internet or do anything during a call. I tried refreshing everything and it still doesn't work

You can't use the 3G and make a call at the same time on Sprint. You can talk and surf just fine if you're on wifi.

The 4G will only stay on as long as you have a decent signal, a weak signal will bump you back to 3G.
