Need ideas for a ghosting type process

Right now I use around 150 eeetop pcs on my production floor. I want to replace them with either an android type device (arches 101) or iPads. With the iPad I can set up 1 iPad and in iTunes I can copy that iPad to all the others pretty easily. I am looking for a way to do this with android too, any ideas?
