Need major help! Stuck on a rom

Im stuck on a rom that i downloaded on my phone (droid x) and so everything was good until i had to start off by touching the droidx icon and it said error setup wizard has stopped,so now i cant get passed to have my phone in a rom. But wierd thing is :'(i cant still manage to go on the internet in the start up,so i tryed my bootstrap appwhen i downloaded again and it didnt take me to the recovery,what shuld i do?
