Need Menu Button On G3

Some of the games I regularly play use the system menu button to bring up options. Is there a hidden gesture that can bring it up or how can I get it in place of the recent apps button that I never use?

I think you long hold the "recent apps" button and a menu will pop up. That is what I have done in other apps and it pulled the menu up.
