need reccomendations for a new phone

1. better camera then a lgg6

2.be cheap

3.be a good known brand nothing thats unknown

4. if nothins out now maybe to be released soon ?

i have been eyeing the pixel 3 xl or the moto g6 i dont know cant make up my mind

Does it have to be brand new? How about a Pixel 2 or 2 XL, which you should be able to find at a cheaper price, now that the Pixel 3 is out?
