Need some help here!

Okay so my S2 was rooted and all, I installed rom toolbox pro and was changing some icons around, went through the reboot processes and now my screen looks like a tablet. The icons on the screen are extremely small and impossible to use. I factory reset my phone and nothing changed. My phone looks like a bootleg tablet. Please help! I don't know what else to do.
