So, recently my Nexus has been using up more memory as in RAM, it starts kinda lagging up once and sometimes twice a day and then I have to reboot. I haven't really changed any settings on my phone, same live wallpaper as always and it just now does this. Any suggestions?

If you go to Settings>Application settings>Running services>Running - is there anything that sticks out as hogging a lot of memory?

Could be music, I got an invite week ago and I have been using it a lot now.

Next time you're running out of memory, check that screen and hopefully you'll find the problem app.

Download OS Monitor from the Market.

Launch the app, pop up the menu, and in the Settings:
1 Tap on "Sort by" and select "Load"
2. Put a check in the box for "Order"

Now, when the phone is getting sluggish on you, launch OSMonitor and see which process is hogging the CPU.

Have you also looked under "Battery Use" to check what the top hog is?
