Need Sprint advice

I am thinking of ditching AT&T for my family plan and going to Sprint. I am looking for some advice on what phones to get.

Me - HTC EVO 4G
Wife - She has a Palm Centro, and likes that, so something similar?
15 year old son - He wants to text and likes technology too.
9 year old son - Need something rugged, maybe a little texting.

We all like NASCAR so having a phone that supports the Spring NASCAR apps would be a great thing to have! We dont talk much, we text alot. I think it would be nice for everyone to have data, but I am the only one that "must" have it

Would your wife be interested in a Pre? It's a Palm phone so she should check it out.

Ya, she might. But it doesnt run the old Palm apps right?

There is a classic emulator available in the marketplace. It runs the old apps fine. The phone is old now though.

She probably just wants a phone with a physical keyboard, not sure she cares what OS it runs.
