Need unroot help

Is there a way to unroot without losing my apps, contacts, etc

From what I know and have experienced...you will lose all installed apps. from phone. However, the Market should have a record of those you already bought and will allow you to re-install again without charging. Would be helpful to partition your SD card and save your apps to there for quicker restoration. Hope this helps.
