So I have BLU Quattro 5.7 HD rooted.
My company now offer free wifi with using AIRWATCH agents app.
So as I tried to set it up. I keep getting Device NOT compromised.
So I called out Helpdesk and he think it's because my phone is rooted,
because the software:
The MDM software installs a digital certificate on the mobile device that is then recognized when the device uses the Wi-Fi network to access the internet, permitting access without additional sign-on. The MDM software does not ?see into? the mobile device, but it does attempt to verify the device is not jail-broken/rooted and does some basic checks to ensure the device is allowed onto the network.

How can I bypass this or to unroot this.

What superuser permissions manager are you using? SuperSU or Superuser?

SuperSU, the superman with # sign.

You should be able to unroot the phone with SuperUser.
Open the app, go to settings and scroll all the way down. There's an option labeled "Full unroot"

Ok, so i did. The SuperSU goes away. correct? Rebooting my phone. Is it normal to get to root drive when not rooted?

The SuperSU should go away or tell you that you don't have root access. What do you mean by root drive?

like in Explorer, usually you get to the /SDCARD, but I've gotten to /. Don't you need to be rooted to get beyone SDCARD?

thanks, so i'd checked. no root access. darn airwatch still wont let my phone pass. ill see what my tech guys say tomorrow.

Me too facing similar problem. Unrooted the phone. Root Checker Basic and other apps show that the phone is unrooted but still the airwatch some how says "Device Compromised". Any help would really be appreciated.
