All,

For some reason, I'm having issues with Netflix starting. I have a full bar for my wi-fi, but nothing happens. I get the Netflix splash screen and the small spinning loading wheel, but nada. Any suggestions?

I think this is an issue with the app, I have the same problem on the new N7 and if you filter the reviews to the new N7s on the play store you will find quite a few people who also have this issue. Most likely have to wait on some kind of patch from netflix

I am having the same issues. I have updated to the latest build, JSS15Q on Android 4.3, and my netflix won't start up. Just spins. Other people with this build seem to be able to get Netflix to work. I have no idea why I can't.

Try deleting the app data from the app manager in settings. You'll have to sign in again if it works.

Yeah I tried that and no success. I can't even enter my creds. It just spins.

Ive had the same problem. I uninstalled, restarted my device, and installed again. Seemed to solve the issue.

Yes have tried that too. This has really confused me. I am generally pretty good at troubleshooting android but this is bizarre. Nothing I do works.

restarting the device seems to work for me.

I ended up doing a factory reset. I installed Netflix first and it worked. No idea why.
