net spend icon on my home screen?

Wtf is this crap? Links me to some internet survey. I didn't put this on my home screen. Anyone else get this and/or know how to get rid of it? Holding it down won't let me drag it into the trash like other icons...

honestly nothing that I can remember in a while. the number of ads/links that pop up lately in the xoom's menu/notification screen (that I can get rid of by swiping them away) has increased and I was used to ignoring that. this is actually on the home screen and it doesn't seem like there is any way to get rid of it. I also tried going into my applications to see if there was something that seemed related to uninstall to no luck

I've never had an ad pop up...you've got some crazy app doing it.

Hello ..if you are using computer system then this application you can install with the help of any search engine ..
Either you are using Motorola bpr40 hand set then you take the internet connection and contact to the Motorola customer center and resolve your problem or issue.

Update...this issue seemed to have disappeared after a few days. I didn't make any other changes than to put an app icon where the offending net spend icon was popping up. Strange. I was deleting those spam ad notifications in the notifications menu (usually a star/+ sign). They kept popping up so often I gave up on deleting them and just ignore them now. This didn't seem to be such a problem not even two months ago.
