Netflix and No security update

I have an unlocked Note Ten Plus in the USA. My phone is stuck on the December security patch, and suddenly my Netflix app says it is not compatible with my phone. I'm sure there has been more recent security updates than December. I did a factory reset, to no avail. Any suggestions? Thanks.

What carrier are you on?

Try updating through smart switch mobile using PC.

I'm using unlocked on t mobile and I have the latest updates.

Try clearing cache and doing a force stop on the Netflix app. If that doesn't work uninstall Netflix then restart your phone and reinstall Netflix.
