The difference in the amount of people that use Netflix compared to the people who use Play is likely pretty huge. Everybody I know uses Netflix, I know maybe one person that uses Play. If you're going to support something to get more people to use your product, it'll be the more mainstream one. I'm sure Play support is coming though.

You really think Google had nothing to do with the development of Netflix support? And the fact that their own store isn't supported yet should tell you what they think the priority level of it is.

I don't think you're the only one lol, just that you're in the minority. I'm sure they'll eventually get around to it. I just don't think it's a priority for them. Here's to hoping that they get it done soon though.

Same issue here but found all my Google movies in YouTube under 'purchases'...so as long as you can get YouTube and Google home working together then theory says you can get to your movies.. Hopefully?

Yeah... all the movies/tv shows you buy can be watched through youtube

They can be watched through YouTube but (at least when I tried it after we got our Google Homes) it said it had no access to purchased content. That may have changed as I haven't tried it lately.
