I checked and mine is set to the highest quality setting. It seems to be streaming at the mid level based on bandwidth usage.You probably need to log into your Netflix account and change the video quality settings.
Go to the Your Account and Help Page, under the Settings category select Manage video quality.
From what I have heard, the only devices that can show HD Netflix on mobile devices are ones with Texas Intruments chipsets and processors, like those used in Motorola phones like the RAZR, Bionic, etc. I'm hearing the other chipsets like Qualcomm, Nvidia's Tegra, Samsung's Exonos, etc. aren't supported by HD Netflix just yet.![]()
