network issues

anyone else in the nyc area having issues with their phone and it's attempt to secure the network? the 4g lte logo appears but the upload/download arrows appear and disappear constantly and pages won't load. any suggestions?

I had the same issue this morning. Called Verizon customer service and was told to pull the battery while the phone was on. Seemed to work for me.
