Network not stable

I have been experiencing this for while now, my network doesn't stay longer it comes on a couple of minutes then it turns off, I have done factory reset button the problem is till the same. Can someone please help me out thanks

That may be the problem of your service provider, you need to consult them.

If that does not work do a google on the problem. There are many that have had terrible network problems since the large update came along. tenforums has a number of threads on different aspects of the problem.
