Android Central Question

New 42mm Galaxy Watch recording sleep data incorrectly (i.e., when I'm inactive while reading or watching TV it records that as sleep). Do I need to change settings? Is there a way to edit the data? I've tried in Samsung Health, but it appears my only option is to delete the data & reenter manually, thereby losing sleep stages (light, REM, deep). Any ideas?

I have the exact same problem; when I am reading the watch registers it as sleep thus rendering the sleep data entirely useless. Now that I've been ill and in bed reading exceptionally much the data is just ridiculous. I slept a few nights with Samsung watch and Polar V800 and the Polar data was far more accurate.

Have you all gotten the recent update yet? It improves sleep tracking thought its not entirely fixed.

And if you have the LTE version, there is no update yet.

Sorry you are having tracking issues with your watch. I have been fighting Samsung over this watch since Christmas.
