[SOLVED] new android OS - what happened to quick settings?

hey! when I swipe down from the top of the screen, I get the nofitications thing - which is NOT what I want!

So tell me, how do I get the quick settings options? I tried swiping down from the top, down on the diagonal from the left and right - nothing seems to work! grateful for any feedback!

Either swipe down again after the notification shade OR two finger swipe down.

I think I figured it out:

if you swipe down from the center of the screen, you get the notifications panel

if you swipe down from the right of the screen, you get the quick settings panel

Yes they've split the way the pull downs work now though you can change settings if you want it like the old way.
