New Android Phone

Good morning,
I am new to this forum and I have some questions.

I recently purchased a new S24 Ultra from a dealer on Ebay. It is brand new and I have having trouble transferring the contents of my Moto 5
G (2022) to the new phone. Is there someone that can please guide me to getting this new phone set up?

It doesn't have a name. It is generic. I think that it is a Samsung, but without a label.

I believe the phone you have is a chinese knock off. I would seriously consider returning it and looking for something a bit more credible. Samsung, to my knowledge does not sell unmarked phones.

That's what I get for not wanting to spend very little money.

Yeah, FYI those knockoffs typically lie about their specs as well. Regardless of what it claims to have, it's probably 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage at most, with a low-budget Mediatek CPU under the hood. It probably also only has one rear-facing camera, despite any additional lenses you might see on the outside (which are fake).
