New android user - Exchange set up, but trouble at work

I have my Exchange account set up, I set it up from home over my home wifi, and it works fine. Also works fine over 3G. But when I connect to my wifi at work, it defaults to using that data connection and won't connect. Is there a way to force my Exchange account to use 3G instead of wifi aside from turning off wifi when I'm at work?

Sooo...anyone wanna take a crack at this? Or is it just not possible?

You may need to setup up your wifi properly at work. Can you browse webpages on the SGS2 while connected to work wifi?

I got it figured out, I needed a DNS entry on my internal DNS server that resolves the external FQDN to the internal IP interface of the Exchange server. It was referencing the outside IP address in that zone for whatever reason. Now it works fine with/without wifi.
