I tried installing the lg call app and run keeper on the watch after I had set it up. I went into the android wear app on my phone and hit resent apps but the apps don't show up on the watch. Am I doing something wrong or do I need to do a factory reset?

Restart Phone and Watch then Resync Apps in the Android Wear App. If that doesn't work try uninstalling and reinstalling the LG Call and run keeper apps.
