Just before 2 days there was a phone (icon) update of about 3.2mb. I think moto has enabled the inbuilt call recording option and may be it's a test version. But too say it total sh**. The call recording doesn't automatically start recording when a call is made. But we should press the record option icon which pops on call screen. And to wow....... if we start recording it(hope it's assistant lady🥴) informs us and the person calling the record has been started( just to stop the person from saying ****ty words🤭). Great job moto 😂😂😂

Has anyone got the same ???

This HAS to be done if the feature is going to be rolled out without consideration for location. Some states in the US are two-party consent states, where both people in the conversation need to be aware of the recording. Without that warning, any recording in those states is illegal.

I have a dashcam in my car, if I lived in one of those states and left the mic on it enabled (I don't, and it's actually turned off anyway) I'd legally need to make any passengers aware that audio in the car is being recorded.
