new DC rom

Has anyone tried the new damage control rom? I tried it last night and it wont work. Says something about missing md5 file? Anyone know what's wrong?

I'm running 2.08.1. Only problem I have is audio loss.
I saw the md5 thing once when using update, I ignored it.

What type of audio loss did you get? I noticed after installing DC 2.08 that my speaker phone audio is a little softer. Is that what's happening to you or are you getting a total audio loss?

It's total loss.
Mine seems to do it on all 2.1 ROMs.
Had the issue on Beezy's option 4 as well.
I used the RC fix in Beezy and it worked, doesn't work on Damageless, screen freezes on boot.

I had total audio loss on DC 2.08.1 and Fresh2.0d even after trying the various fixes for both. I rolled back to 1.5 again this morning. The audio loss happened at the most inconvenient times and I got tired of having to reboot.

Has anyone else had their phone reboot for no reason using 2.08.1? Mine will reboot every once in a while. I used the DC updater to install so I wouldn't lose my VM's

There is a patch now available on dcupdater for audio loss.
Make sure you haven't filtered out experimental stuff and you can get it.
I'm going to try it for 24 hours and will report back to let you know how it did.

So far so good. Numerous test calls inbound/outbound sleep/awake no issues.
We'll see how it does tomorrow.
