New EVO 4G - Netflix doesn't work

Just got my daughter an EVO 4G on 6/28. It came with GB installed. She has installed Netflix a couple of times, but it won't play a video, just bounces back to the main screen.

Is there something she can try to get it working? It works fine on my Nexus S...

The initial GB update borked Netflix on the EVO. HTC released another update about a week and a half ago that fixed it, not sure if that would have been run by default when Sprint activated the phone. Try running an HTC Software Update to see if that patch has been run yet (Home->Menu->Settings->System Updates->HTC Software Update).
