New Galaxy Note 4 (july 2015) - went 'beep beep' every minute

My new Galaxy Note 4 went 'beep beep' every minute that passed. Must have been Minute Minder, but I went into Settings and unchecked all 3 checkboxes related to it, still did it. So I shut down phone (totally), held in lock button to start it. Strangely - all 3 checkboxes were checked again. Unchecked just the Minute Minder checkbox. Tested phone by calling a friend, and the 'beep beep' was gone.

Do you think this is a software problem, or maybe because they put my really 'old' SIM (from my Galaxy S2) in my new phone?

Welcome to the forums. It might be a software issue. The SIM shouldn't have any bearing on that setting.
