Have had no issues. Installed Google now, keyboard, fonts and sounds via zip files. All seem to be working great.

My Google Now Launcher looks very much different. Are you getting it from the play store?

Mine looks and works exactly the same as my Nexus 5, I downloaded it from the play store.

My Google Now app drawer doesn't look anything like yours. It's the same as it's always been (well since I was able to install in on my Moto X earlier this year).

He's using the Google Now Launcher from the lollipop preview guys. The one on the playstore is still for Kit Katt. You have to sideload the lollipop version
