New Google voice app

Anyone try the new google voice to text app now that we have 2.2? I got it and i'm wondering if it's bugged for the DX. Every time I say "Text (insert name)" it refuses to fill in the name of the recpient it simply puts the verbiage in the "to" field instead of the recipient field and i've tried multiple names, I read the comments on the market and it seems like other DX owners are having the same problem. I use vlingo right now for voice to text and it works beautifully but the google version seems broken. Anyone else having similar issues?
