A new user has appeared on my tablet. I noticed it after doing taxes last week. If I swipe down from the top on my tablet and touch the yellow dot, it now shows two users: mine and Guest. My user name is protected by a PIN but Guest is not.
If I assign a PIN to Guest, the next time I try Guest, it says the Guest profile has changed, do I want to reset the profile back? If I try to view my account or the Guest account, the tablet responds "settings has stopped".
My tablet is a Samsung Galaxy Tab A, SM-T350 with Android 7.1.1 and Security Patch Level August 1, 2017. It has Sophos Antivirus Home Premium, version 9.6.3353. Sophos shows "no issues found".
I also tried a scan with two other utilities from Google Play: Incognito Anti Spyware version 2.5 and Certo Mobile Security version 1.0.2. Both utilities ran a scan and found no issues.
