I have read up on every new phone, I have been in shops many times and tried the various flagship phones.
I orginally had an Iphone 3s, then a 4s. Then switched to Android and for the last 2 years had a HTC One M7
My HTC decided that I had to charge it 3 to 4 times a day, not good. (it was 2 years old)
I am a light user , mainly Spotify(can listen to music at work)
Some Photo Taking and some FB and Twitter reading (the occasional post)
First full days use, tap to wake works well, knock works well. Sound is very good (could be a tad louder for when I am walking about london with all the noise, but is loud enough.)
Battey lasted from 05:30 when I unplugged it up until I plugged it back in at 22:30 and still had 25% free.
I have minimal apps loaded, just the 10 I use regularly.
Brightness at 55%, seems very bright to me.
So far a great experience, no overheating, no lag, nothing untoward.
I do have a £5 case on that I bought from the local Market.
I have a caseology Wavelength case on order.
I am happy.
