New LG Stylo 3 phone - can't move apps or create folders

[Android Central Question]

Hi, I am new to Android phones. I always had iPhones before.

I got my first Android yesterday, a LG Stylo 3 phone being used with cricket wireless and am having some problems.

1. Yesterday I had a toolbox folder but can't find it this morning and have looked everywhere. I tried the search feature and that showed nothing.

2. So I tried making a new folder but found that none of my apps wiggle or could be moved. I am also unable to create a folder.

Can someone help?
